Telehealth:

From 2026, I will be adding a regular Telehealth Tuesday morning at Health on Rusden, with phone consultations available every Tuesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. This service is only for my regular patients at Health on Rusden.

The aim of this change is to:

  • improve access to appointments and reduce waiting times

  • provide a more structured time for suitable phone reviews and follow-ups

How Telehealth Tuesday Works

  • You will be given an approximate appointment time, but please be aware calls may not occur exactly on schedule.

  • Most Telehealth Tuesday appointments will be bulk billed.

  • Your call may come from a private number.

  • If your issue is suitable for Telehealth Tuesday, our reception team may suggest booking you into this session.

What Telehealth Tuesday Is Best Suited For

  • Repeat prescriptions

  • Repeat referrals

  • Discussion of test results

  • Planned follow-up reviews arranged by me

What May Not Be Suitable

  • New or complex issues being discussed for the first time
    (these may be better managed face-to-face and may not be bulk billed)
